The Following options are good for people needing ongoing support for issues such as weight loss, chronic health conditions and major diet and lifestyle changes: Weekly Meetings (once per week) Biweekly Meetings (2 per month)
How Do the Sessions Work? The initial intake appt is 1.5 hours and we will review your health history, concerns and your goals. We will also look at your typical diet and address any concerns and I will provide recommendations for you. We will create a plan for you specific to your needs and goals.
Follow up sessions are 1 hour each: We will continue to work on your goals and I will provide information that you request, which may include recipes, meal plans, information on any health conditions, a nutrient analysis of your current diet and other ideas specialized to your needs.
Add ons: This can be added to any of the above packages. Personal nutrient analysis based on your diet, includes gaps in nutrients you may be missing and actual percentages of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals you are eating. We will go over the results in detail and I will recommend ways to get all the nutrients you need.
